Are you a beginning or long term user of a digital camera but still feel like you don’t understand all its features and functions?  Have you ever thought that the photograph you took didn’t turn out like you meant it to? Do you need help processing, storing and presenting your photos?  If you don’t like reading manuals or have never even noticed that your camera came with a manual, this is the course for you. We’ll help you learn to best use your camera to make great photos.

This Edmonton Digital Camera Fundamentals Class is offered either in a two-day weekend or four-weekday evening format.  It is aimed at photographers who have any Digital Camera that does not have a removeable lens and who would like to learn more about their camera and its features and functions (if your camera has a removeable lens please see our DSLR Fundamentals Class).

I have been to a lot of workshops with a lot of different photographers and yours was by far one of the best. Very relaxing atmosphere… Thanks for everything, hope to see you in the near future. <<==>> BH

The Edmonton Digital Camera Fundamentals Class features a lot of hands-on exercises for you to practice what we discuss in class.  This classroom practice ensures that you’ll see positive results immediately and you’ll also have an instructor right there if you need help.  We host all of our classes in an open, non-threatening environment where no question is too basic.  We’ll help you turn photos into great photographs -a fancy camera with all the bells and whistles isn’t needed to take great shots.

If you are wondering what all those buttons on your camera are all about, don’t miss the opportunity to spend two days with Paul. I fell into a love for photography (as opposed to taking pictures) quite by accident when I won my DSLR camera. Unlike most photographers who have moved from film photography to digital photography, I had absolutely no knowledge of aperture, shutter speed, ISO, etc. and when I started reading my camera manual, it was like reading a foreign language… Paul’s 2-day bootcamp has given me a whole new outlook on my camera … I now understand how it works and how to make it work for me. Thanks Paul. I look forward to attending more workshops and to continue growing as a photographer. <<==>>Jocelyne

I would highly recommend  any course that Paul teaches. His knowledge and teaching skills are fantastic. The class was well organized, easy to follow, and full of great info you would not find in a book. I have taken many other courses and Paul’s was definitely the best I have ever attended. I received excellent value for my funds spent on the course. I will definetely sign up for another. (Thanks Paul) <<==>> Darren M.
